Position Description:.

Aid monetary advisor(s) and associate financial consultant(s) in handling and arranging office work flow with an emphasis on developing and providing an unique client experience that specifies and differentiates the practice. When dealing with others and/or carrying out work activities, this position will consistently follow high requirements of company and expert principles and legal and regulative demands.

This function offers client relationship support with communicating straight with customers to make sure precise account established and through working as a liaison to address customer concerns. The duty will likewise carry out other practice management tasks connecting to client service as required. Reacts to advertisement hoc demands, coordinates/tracks projects and/or handles business-as-usual projects such as organizing a client seminar.

Position Functions:.

50 % Business Management.

Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy.
As needed, prepare preliminary monetary planning suggestions in addition to preliminary item solutions for consultant review and use in customer meetings.
Carry out other allowable tasks as assigned by the monetary advisor(s) and associate financial consultant(s).

50 % Client Care.
Set up and maintain customer management system.
Call customers or customers to set up meetings or appointments.
Compose letters or notes to clients on individual letterhead of administrative nature only and handle client appreciation.
Participate and go to in client conferences if necessary.
Conduct transactions on behalf of clients.
Collaborate customer recognition occasions and workshops.
Answer unsolicited calls from prospects to schedule appointments or describe advisor.
